Students continue to socialize with peers, strengthen classroom etiquette, follow teacher instruction, and dive deeper into age appropriate curriculum with a strong focus on Pre-Academics.

We believe early education is an important developmental milestone and we aspire to encourage your student's love of learning.

Our curriculum is based on 5 main learning categories:  Life Skills, Music & Movement, Gross & Fine Motor Skills, Pre-Academics, and Social Skills.

Our Pre-K program is designed for 4-year olds turning 5. We provide a foundational environment where students cultivate independence, learn the importance of taking turns, develop problem-solving abilities, and foster a love for learning. Our program emphasizes "whole-child" development focusing on four core areas of development - Social and Emotional Development, Early Literacy and Language Skills, Cognitive Development, and Physical Development (Motor Skills). To be a successful classroom, we encourage school etiquette, listening and following simple directions, standing in line, basic manners (please & thank you are important!), sharing, kindness, patience, independence, and more.

We encourage learning using a variety of styles including play-based activities, interactive movement, sensory play, hands-on activities, group discussion, and critical thinking.

Building on our preschool curriculum derived from Kindergarten teachings, we've adapted it into age appropriate lessons to create a foundation built for smooth transition into kindergarten. We strengthen skills in shape & color recognition, proper use of classroom tools, letter & number recognition, name recognition, and pre-writing skills. Pre-k adds stronger focus on phonics, phonemic awareness, letter & number formation, story comprehension & recall, and basic mathematics. Projects continue to support development of important motor skills with added focus in problem solving, critical thinking, step-by-step instruction, and writing skills. Contextual lessons based in patterning, sequencing, symmetry, and math are thoughtfully incorporated into curriculum connecting students to the world around them.

Students thrive with structure therefore we follow a daily schedule!
