At Northwest Children’s Preschool & Kindergarten, we take pride in our teachers. Each one is competent, loving, creative, caring, compassionate, and dedicated. All of our employees have federal background checks and are CPR and First Aid Certified.

Kathy Ruesken
Kathy Ruesken is the owner and Director of our school. Her belief is that all children should be treated with love and respect and be given the chance to become the best they can be in a safe, loving, and positive environment.
Leatha Hale
Leatha is our Office Manager. She is a mother of 2 who are currently enrolled in our Preschool and Pre-K programs.

Ms. Schoen
Ms. Linda Schoen is our Lead Teacher. She teaches both Kindergarten and Pre-K classes and sets the curriculum for the year for all our classes. Ms. Schoen has over 20 years Kindergarten & teaching experience; and brings with her a wealth of knowledge in the education of young children. Linda has a love for children that runs deep and we appreciate all she does. Linda holds a master’s degree in education.
Mrs. Weza
Ms. Cristina Weza is an Assistant Teacher. She currently partners with Mrs. Conyers in our Pre-K classroom. Mrs. Weza is a mother to a teenage boy.
Mrs. Conyers
Mrs. Hilary Conyers is one of our Preschool & Pre-K Teachers. In addition to teaching, she is a mother of grown boys.
Ms. Schoos
Ms. Mackenzie Schoos is an Assistant Teacher and former student! She currently partners with Mrs. Bardo in our Pre-K classroom.
Mrs. Brown
Mrs. Autumn Brown is an Assistant Teacher. She currently partners with Mrs. Conyers in our Preschool classroom and on Thursdays for our fun & exciting Science Class. In addition to time spent in our classrooms, Mrs. Brown is a mother of 2 – one of which is enrolled in our Kindergarten program.
Mrs. Bardo
Mrs. Chelsie Bardo is one of our Preschool & Pre-K Teachers. In addition to teaching, she is a mother of 3 – one of whom is enrolled in our Kindergarten program.
Mrs. Rose
Mrs. Rebecca Rose is an Assistant Teacher. She currently partners with Mrs. Bardo in Preschool classroom.
